Giving:

► 1,524 gifts received totaling $3.1 million
► 359 new donors 
► 129 gifts of $416k to the Community Fund
► 13 new funds were opened in 2010 bringing
total funds managed to 403

Needs:

► 239 totaling $7.4 million were awarded for 2010 including:
         • 57 grants of $409k from the Community Fund
         • 120 different not-for-profit organizations received grants
         • 116 students received scholarships totaling $395,000

► Since 1983, Heritage Fund has awarded over $49 million in charitable grants which includes $2,111,109 in scholarships to 1,116 students

Community:

► Total assets at the end of 2010 - $50.1 million 
► Investments ended the year up 15.2%
► Since the Bartholomew Society (planned giving) society began in 2000, 79 members of our community have indicated they have included Heritage Fund in their estate plans.
► 100% of the Board and Staff made gifts to the foundation in 2010
